CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

Handed a TV in for repair 26/08/2020. Paid the quotation for the repair in full. Called to query when the repair will be done yesterday 22/09/2020. Spoke to Nonofo. She assured me the repair will be done by today and TV may be collected. Called today. Repair not done. Parts only received today. Technician not in. Not sure when the repair will be done. Asked to speak to the manager - Mauritz ... hold on for 15min ... before Mauritz answers ... no apology, can't say when repair will be done, as Technician not in. Can't commit to calling me back to give me feedback. Customer Service questionable?!
