I want to say a big thank you towards Tshepo Mohuba from the exchange department for sorting out my problem which I had and also giving me a call to update me on the progress. Also for escalating the matter to ensure that I am being helped. Also a big thank you towards Roshelle working under Tshepo for your fantastic service and keeping things running and making sure that a follow up is done. Lastly but not the least also a big thank you towards the staff of Clearwater Mall and Mohammed at Eastgate mall for your help in regards to the issue. Without you it would not have been possible.
