My Samsung S5 phone screen is out of order as the LCD display do not display anything. The entire screen is black. I handed my phone in for repairs on the 5 September 2015. I followed up with more than 9 enquiries as to the progress of the repairs. The only response I get is that samsung is waiting for the screens to be delivered and they are out of stock for screens. Do a fast moving consumer goods company like Samsung cell phones take an entire month to deliver the stock.<br> <br> I done an enquiry as to whether the stock was discontinued too.
