Cracked Screen

Good Day

My tablet screen cracked and had to replace it out of my pocket even though it was under warranty. It cost me R1600. Was told it was my fault that it cracked. A friend of mine dropped her cellphone and her screen was replaced without any question.

I do not understand how they can have two sets of rules for the same thing.

They werent even prepared to meet me halfway with the price. No technician even looked at the tablet.

Why is there warranty on samsung products if you cannot use it?

The customer service in south africa is getting worse every day
