Costly repairs
I've book the phone with smartlab @ Sandown Sandton just like I did the first time for repairs. Response came back with a quotation of R3390.93,with comments of physical damaged and ADH Exhausted. The phone doesn't switch on. I do not understand physically damaged part. The phone itself everything is in place, no cracked screen or anything since the screen was replaced last time still with screen protector intact as I did receive it. My quation is Samsung how can the ADH be Exhausted while the phone only went once for repairs, and that was for screen accidental damaged. With the quotation received it look like I just have to buy a new phone. And the phone is only 6 months old into contract. Tried to contact ADH nr getting the message \ network congested""";;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;789700;28;1;2;0;1;0;0;2;15/02/24 9:30;852;NULL;15/02/23 21:00;15/02/23 19:18;Absolutely Shocking Service & Bad Attitude;***;;***;I was selling my phone a few weeks ago for R8500 and gave my banking details to the prospective buyer. A few minutes later I received an sms saying R25000 was deposited into my account. I tried calling the buyer to tell him that he had transferred too much. I know about all the ****s with EFT's as I have my own business and dealt with ****s at least every month. So I though the logical thing would be to wait and see if the money was actually in my account. I tried to draw out cash or do an eft but I couldn't. My account was frozen. I call the call centre a few time and told them what happened. They just said, go into a branch with your ID. I went to Eastgate and gave them my ID. The lady was instructed to call the ***** department. I was handed the phone only to speak to some rude guy who worked in the ***** department. He interrupted me and said \your account is blocked and we will only unblock it when our investigation is done and we will probably close your account.\"" He then said he wanted to speak to the teller again. This is my worst experience at ABSA since I started banking with them. What am I supposed to do now? How do I pay my accounts and receive my salary???"""
