Corroded Samsung washing machine

Took me quite some time to write this review as it has been difficult to come to terms with the fact that Samsung isn’t as awesome as I thought it was. I remember back in 2015 when I bought my washing machine, i went into the store looking for the cheapest available but went out with a Samsung branded washing machine (which wasn’t the cheapest) due to my trust in the brand, I really thought it would last me long enough. To my surprise, 2 + years ago it started releasing black like paper(which happen to be iron plates) pieces which have messed up with so many of my favorite clothing. There’s nothing I haven’t tried, from cleaning the filters, ecotub clean, using vinegar, hot water to bicarbonate and lemon. Had someone try open it for me, and what i saw confirmed my fears (its beyond repairs) , theres a corroded/ rusted iron plate at the bottom of the supposedly non corrosive machine. I must say im disappointed in the product, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy any Samsung washing machine.

Received your call thanks, The consultant indicated that they are gonna send out people (I’ll be charged a call out fee for this) to come check where the problem is with the washing machine. Wouldn’t make sense for me to pay for something ive already done myself. And they further indicated that they’ll also quote me on getting the machine fixed, of which also doesn’t make sense, how is it that im the one who’s now supposed to pay for your manufacturers faults, how is it now my problem that you decided to design a water appliance with corrosive material?

And also, what gives me the guarantee that you wont replace the iron plate with another corrosive one, which will later cost me another call out fee and “fixing “ of the machine again and again which will be as good as buying a washing machine from another brand?
