Washing machine stopped working in June call logged with Samsung Sa repair was assigned to a third party technology company Global1Repair T/A Umklomelo my machine was taken on 1/07/2024 and to this day has not been returned Payments were done 1. For assessment and evaluation 2. For part replacement but still I have not received my machine back Samsung have really failed me with the kind of technicians they work with when reaching out to them for assistance they do not even show remorse by trying to assist I will never again invest money n Samsung I’m very disappointed in Samsung
