Complaint about Samdung and their poor service delivery

I have bought a Samsung washing machine at game knysna September 2017. The machine only worked for 3 months till december. In January i logged a cal with game because it has warranty of a year, game reffered my call to Samsung as the washing machine belongs to them. I have been sent back and forth by Samsung since January until to date, they keep on lying and promising me that a technician is on its way and that never happens. I am tired of their lies and need assistance with regards to this. Samsung is really not treating me well. If they cant help/assist me they can easily take their machine and give me back my money, which it can be fare and square with me.
