****ROACHES IN MY HOME BECAUSE OF LOAN FRIDGE

I had a fridge problem and Samsung was contacted. The service provider MM ALL electronics was sent the request to fix my fridge. At first they never answered their phones and didn't give proper timing on when a technician will be out, only 'sometime in the afternoon\ I have a job and 2 hours of leave is better than 4! Anyways they got to my place and replaced a part and without properly checking if the fridge was working
