Claim their Plasma lasts for 20 years

PLasma screen stopped working a couple of months outside their 2 year warranty. They claim their screens last for 20 years, even 100,000 hours to half life which is much longer than an old tube TV but they break as soon as the warranty is done. Mine was 51\ which I was buying as a long term thing as it cost a lot of money.<br> Samsung just say really sorry but there is nothing that they can do??!! Of course there is something they can do...they can stand by their products and repair or replace it! Shocking service and bad quality products."
