Claim not honoured, Premiums Taken.

After taking out Samsung Care, I was rest-assured that the high price paid for my S21 plus, would be worth it in the long run. The rude awakening came when after paying premiums for around 2 years, which samsung happily took, then declined to fix my front screen because the back camera was damaged. They sent me a quote of R4600, over and above the access of R1000. I declined the exorbitant quote and requested that they proceed with the front and leave the back as is, I paid my insurance. Get this... Samsung will not repair anything if you decline additional quotes. No one can give me a valid reason nor can anyone point this clause out in T's & C's. If I as a consumer was meant to see this if it infact exists in the T's & C's, why is it so difficult for even Samsung representatives to find unless it's either hidden, ambiguous or plain out non existent. They took my money, on time but now they refuse to assist. I am not asking for a handout, only what I paid for. If I was informed of this ridiculous "apparently existent" clause in the beginning, I would have either taken the back cover as well, or not went with Samsung at all. However I am being shifted from pillar to post with blame being assigned in all directions and no assistance. If I do not hear back from someone who can assist to resolve this without transferring me, within 2 working days, I will have no choice but to contact the Insurance Ombudsman, because this is false advertising, misrepresentation and exploitation.
