Claim a pair of Galaxy Buds with the purchase of Samsung A31

Good day,

As per promo, I purchased a Samsung A31 via cell C. The promotion said purchase A31 and claim free Galaxy Buds, I submitted the claim the first week of August and I am still waiting. The reference number I received: CITD***8. No follow up or update as to what is happening.

Please update me as to where my Galaxy buds are.

Please advise.
