Choose your suppliers better

Dearest Samsung,I’m writing this to you as I would like to warn you about one of your suppliers,advertising your product with extras,but then not honoring their commitment.Makro is advertising your lovely machines with free washing powder.Firstly their branches never have stock of your products they advertise.I thus had to order using their online channel.It clearly displayed the washing machine I wanted and included the free washing powder on the online system.Once delivered,I only receive the machine,no washing powder.Three weeks later,I still don’t have it and no end in sight on my queries.I know this is between me and them,however this is impacting negatively on your brand also by association with this lying cheating dishonest supplier.I have reached the point that they must fetch your machine and refund me in full.Sad to say the least
