Check the specification list

<p>I recently purchased a Samsung 55MU7000 TV. Before I made the purchase, I read numerous reviews. The only ones available were overseas reviews. I finally decided on the Samsung and two of my most important considerations were their Smart Remote and the Bluetooth function. When I opened the box I discovered that 1) the remote was the cheapest in the range and not the Smart Remote and 2) no Bluetooth function was available.</p> <p>If one looks at the official website of Samsung in other parts of the world, these functions are standard. If you carefully look at the SA website it shows the Smart Remote but says (in very small print) that the product might differ. It also does not offer the Bluetooth function. However, one must read this very carefully as the rest of the specifications look identical.</p> <p>I contacted Samsung with regard to the remote, but they are not interested in my problem.</p> <p>I am unhappy because 1) they should not show the expensive remote on the website and actually supply something much cheaper instead of something reasonably compareable 2) although their SA website is correct as far as the Bluetooth is concerned, I feel a) outdone as a SA consumer b) They make it very difficult to compare their product to that of their competitors if they are not consistent with their standard specifications.</p>
