cheaply made galaxy fold 4 covers being sold !!!!R1700 spent and lost as i cant get my money back :(((
i recently received correspondence from Samsung ,,,a letter of no importance regarding my galaxy fold cover .my reference is VOC *** in not many words Samsung says to their customer they are not going to assist. i my money back as i spent too much on something i could have went out to a local store and got the same **** quality i received from Samsung . in this letter they advised me that they will not refund as content is damaged . ,,,then how does Samsung explain how i have a cousin having the very same cover undamaged experiencing the very same thing ??? i will be contacting the consumer ombudsman showing them the proof of this over priced gadget mine and my cousins giving the same problem in hopes people see my videos and reviews and do not make the same mistakes we did purchasing from Samsung .
