cheap brand quality !!!/customer service bad !!!

i bought a galaxy fold 4 in dec and have had endless problems i spent R1700 for that cover and it dont stay on the phone its come to a point where iv been dropping my phone all because i think i have it in my hand but i have this ******* cover in my hand and not the phone i took it back to the store and i was told i cant return i asked for the complaints department contact details and email address i was told to go and look on the website ,,,, im having no joy yet im in position of one of samsungs top devices ??? i rather have no cover on this phone than the **** that i have on it now thats actually causing me to damage my phone ,,,, ill never purchase samsung again !!!
