Charging point not working and cant back up phone

How can Samsung sell you a phone with all these wonderful perks and then the charging point breaks??? no idea how as one use the wireless charger, Now I need to backup my info on my phone before we can send him in for repairs and guess what???? That charger point do not work so I cant connect the phone to the laptop to backup my info. So what do I do in a case like this. Samsung also not sure!!!<br> I just keep on having problems with this phone and still we need to pay so much as we think whatever Samsung sells you is awesome. I then rather go back to a plain phone without any hassles and never support SAMSUNG again, S6 is suppose to be the best . But def not!!!!
