CHARGE ON REPAIR

When I arrived the extremely unhelpful receptionist told me my phone was out of warranty. After a long process to get proof it was found to be under 2 yrs old. After 2 hrs of watching 4 people who are friends with the repair agents jump the queue I was served. When I came in I told Evans my phone had been booked in previously for water damage. He took the phone and came to tell me that he thinks I have used both my screen repairs. I advised him that I was not informed of this as my screen was not damaged by water and would not have brought the phone in for a cracked screen if I had known. I told him if this is the case he must not go ahead with the repair. He then went back to assisting clients without stopping the repair. After 3 and a half hours wait he came to tell me the phone was repaired and there would be a charge of R1900. He was going to look into this a get back to me on Monday. Two emails sent to him and three messages I have not heard a thing. I would never have wasted all this time and frustration had I known I no longer had a screen repair. Also why not stop the repair when I said I did not have the money to pay for it.
