I have handed my samsung s7 edge in for screen and mic repair at the grove on the 17\12\2017. After to weeks the manger told me that he even looked for an 2end hand screen toe fit in the phone that is there for worenty repair. So i contack samsung sa and send them te recording as well. Now they are olso waiting for an eta from the repair senter. This is the worst serves ever 2 months i pay for an phone thats not working.

19 Feb 2018, 09:53From 17\12\2017 to 19\2\2018 no resalts from samsung. Its past 2 months now for n screen and mic repair and i stil have to pay for n phone thats in for warrnty repair. Looks like samsung is the worst place ever for samsung phone repair

Do think maby for this chrismas that samsung can give me an gift ???? My oun phone ??? Why dont sumsung just exstaige my pone ??? Like most places do?
