CENTURY CITY SAMSUNG SMART STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED WORST SERVICE AND ATTITUDE THAT I EXPERIENCED THIS CANT BE ACCEPTED!!!

i already posted my concern on this platform. its sad to say 4weeks after im still disgusted by these people. the played me and my wife very well. No one took ownership for jack ****!!! i sit here with terrible taste in my mouth, please tell me how can people in high positions at Samsung over look this Center and there terrible staff and manager and attitude these people have with customers???

the idiots that work at this century city smart center called me while i was on honeymoon to offer me a gift to shut me up, i gave me address and they said it will be delivered. (they got there receptionist to call me not even the manager)

a week later im still waiting for this gift. after a few more calls on my side, still cant get through to these idiots.

i get a call saying they need to capture my address again to delivery the gift today??? really ????? didn't they capture it the first time??

so i gave it again .. 2 weeks later not even a blady email or phone call

THIS CENTER NEEDS TO BE CLOSED I CAN GET MY 12 YEAR OLD NEPHEW TO RUN THAT PLACE!!!

FOR GOD SAKE THIS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
