Cellphone Repair- Samsung ADH Premium

I am so disappointed in the service i am getting from Samsung ADh Premium. i call Monday morning 02-03-2015 regarding my Samsung Galaxy S5. The consultant told me my device will be collected the following day which was the 03-03-2015. i called yesterday afternoon and the consultant told me that my loan device was only received by the courier company yesterday afternoon at 2:30 and she notified me that my device will be delivered today 04-03-2015. Up intil this hour i still haven't received a device or they didn't collect my device yet due to the fact that they cant get hold of their courier company. <br> I think this is ridiculous that i have to wait 3 days or rather 4 days before they collect my phone and then take another 5 working days to fix it!!!
