Cell Phone Repairs

The service I got at the Samsung shop in the Colonnade is pathetic , I gave in my cell phone to get the Screen Repaired, They mentioned to me it will take 14 working days, it has been there for 3 weeks now, for 3 days they got not tell me where phone was, could not find it, now after the 3rd day all of a sudden the plant that manufactures the screens is on shutdown, what a pathetic story, If I can advise, please do not make use of the Colonnade Samsung Repairs shops, no client service at all, a bunch of *****s
