cant redeem my buds :(
I obtained an a54 samsung phone on 11 july and have been trying to redeem the samsung buds, I`ve tried intermittently and could only find the s21/s22 promotion on my app. I am really struggling here. I bought the phone for the watch and the buds combo, please can you assist in remedying this. thank you
