Can't get parts
Been trying to find a main pc board replacement for my samsung 13kg wobble washing machine. I cant get the part as it needs to be ordered from the part centre.Now i can't order it from them (SAMSUNG) as it needs to go through one of their partner repair center's that will add their markup.Why cant I buy the part from them directly ? Think the bigger question is does SAMSUNG Care about their customers ?
