cannot get hold of samsung on any method and they have stollen my items

on 19 October 2024 i upgraded my contract at cell c Westgate with my contract, I would be receiving a watch and earbuds when following up the address listed was incorrect and telephone number i receievd an email from Charlene Wonderlik from Skynet saying they could not get hold of me was when i found out the address listed was cape town and not Johannesburg she asked me to confirm my telephone number, and i did, she then sent me another email, still listign the incorrect phone number. its been many weeks and i am still waiting on my packages i followed up with Charlene Wonderlik, who said that the parcel was sent back as they could not get hold of me. i told her no one contacted me, she told me to contact samsung, i did, on the whatsapp chat, i was prompted to confirm my telephone number and reference number ***V0PH , when entering my cell phone number it said its incorrect, when i enter the number charlene had listed it was accepted and i was told to email *** - i have done this twice and both times the message could not be delivered

i have had no lick at cell c, Sky and samsung emails and whatsapp these items are due to me based on the contract i signed and the incompetence has nothing to do with me and it is theft if i do not receive my items immediately

give me my items and stop making me have to try every sigle avenue for items that belong to me that have essentiallly been ****** until it is in my possession

i have also called *** to get hold of samsung and the call cuts each time i WANT MY ITEMS OR I CONSIDER THIS THEFT TAKE ME SERIOUSLY
