Cannot claim VR Headset

I pre-ordered the Samsung S7 before the 11 March 2016. As such I qualify to receive a free VR headset. Upon contacting celluar provided I was told to download the Samsung Rewards app and that once I registered on the app I would be able to claim the VR headset. I followed the steps yet there is no option to claim the VR headset any where on the app.
