I purchased a phone online, directly from Samsung. The phone was just over a year old and stopped charging. I had to then open the phone, and discovered that this phone was initally defected, and was a factory repair. I paid the normal price for the phone, and it was never disclosed by the company that it was a factory repaired phone. ***** by omission
