Buyandget ****

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher in December. One of the reasons that I chose the Samsung brand, was that it was stated that I would receive either a plane ticket or a hotel stay for two nights at a Protea Hotel worth R4000 when I purchase the appliance. I did everything that was requested. Taking pictures and scans of serial numbers, invoice, ID documents. I filled in booking forms and emailed them as well. A week ago I started getting SMS's that the invoice and serial numbers were illegible. I retook pictures and re-scanned and emailed the info again and again. I am still receiving SMS's that requests the same info that I have sent three times already. The bookings that I made through BuyAndGet has not been confirmed, and everytime that I phone their help line, I get the runaround stating that they are either waiting on Samsung or Protea Hotels. <br> <br> This whole exercise is getting rather exhaustive for something that is supposed to be free. Next time that I buy an appliance, I will definitely not let cheap advertising gimmicks change my mind
