Buyandget promotion ****

I have purchased two Samsung items which where eligible for entry into the buy and get promotion. I submitted an entry via SMS and online - having received two references numbers thereafter. I was later requested to resubmit documents via email (images of proof of payment and serial numbers) which I did and which was confirmed to be accepted and in order by the call center on 18 January 2016. I was told to expect my validation pin in the next week- but nothing has arrived. Emails to enquires and calls to the call center have gone unanswered. I have yet to receive and correspondence or feedback from Samsung. Seems like buy and get promotion has been a **** - to trick consumers into buying products as Samsung has not fulfilled and part of their promotional promise.
