BuyAndGet promotion not honoured

I've been trying since December 2015 to get the flight tickets as promoted by SAMSUNG! I cannot finalise my plans unless the tickets are issued to me.<br> BuyAndGet had five (5) months already to make the bookings but still nothing. Or is it that SAMSUNG just DON'T want us to make use of the promotion by not booking the flights on time?<br> This is not right - don't run a promotion if you are not going fulfill the promise. The promotion was even aired on radio to get the public to buy Samsung products.
