Buyandget complaint

<p>I bought a samsung fridge at Hirsch's and submitted information required for this promotion and the r4000 flight voucher. I was asked to resubmit photos on email and did so. I was told I would be notified in 10 days once my submission was verified. It has been two weeks with no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this up with Hirsch's too. How can they use this to sell products when the promotion promise is not honoured. </p>
