I bought a washing machine from Game in December and was told about the Buy & Get promotion. Apparently, I was meant to sms my appliance code and receive an sms link to complete an online form. Still waiting for the code! I sms'd again today because I am aware that the online form submission deadline is on the 21st. Now I get a reply saying the competition is closed, even though I had sms'd the day after my purchase and had received no response. The only reason I purchased the item at its high cost was because of this promotion.
