Buy & Get Promotion Biggest **** - don't buy Samsung

<p>We bought a washing machine in December from Hirsh Ballito because of the Buy & Get promotion. Sent the sms in twice before 31st December. Didnt get a pin so called their offices on 3rd January to find out what was going on. To cut a long story short, their T&C are written so that they dont have to give you anything - you have to check why you didnt get the pin, you have to call the offices before 31st Dec, you hve to use a pay-as-you-go phone, etc etc. There are T&C on top of T&C's designed to make sure you never get the offer. Doesnt matter that perhaps their system is flawed or written so that you will never see the offer. The incentive company is pathetic, you spend hours on the phone, they never answer your emails and screenshots of the sms sent is not enough. Dont buy Samsung products - this is a **** so that you spend the money, but they give you nothing. What a bunch of complete unprofessionals. </p>
