Buy & Get promotion.

I bought a washing machine end of October 2015 & was made aware of the Buy & Get promotion in store, was even given a photostat of instructions how to claim it. I got my forms & winning pin A*** from agent Nkosinathi Lingela. I filled in the forms for the weekend at a Protea Hotel, emailed & faxed them on to the provided address & phone number. I have heard NOTHING nor received the voucher for the weekend. Is this a **** as depicted by the many complaints? Please help
