just waited 15 min with call centre & no response....ridiculous. I have been given the run around since Nov, when I sent my first sms. eventually managed to speak to someone about 2 weeks ago & was told that my dates was not 30 days in advance. it was 2 days shortfall. Who's fault is that when u only sent me my pin now. I selected new dates and emailed my forms. No feedback as yet....now when I try to call and check, I'm waiting 15 mins for no one to answer the phone.....I was corresponding with Deunaine van Niekerk but that didn't really get me anywhere. the initial plan was to use this promo for my aniversay on 18 Feb. thinking that i purchased in Nov, that should be sufficient time.....WHY did Samsung take up such a big promo if they cant handle it.....
