<p>Buy & get campaign - proper scheme to trick you into purchase and pay nothing on the promise:</p> <p> </p> <p>submitted my claim - waited for the required period - had no reply - phoned to find out that they need a serial number from the fridge - made me unpack the fridge in the storage - send the serial number again - no reply from Samsung - phoned again - excuse again, invoice is not clear, etc...</p> <p>so, they are doing everything to drag it to the 31st of Jan to end the competition and pay nothing at the end. don't trust the brand and their promotions - all ****s with no intention to honour their promises.</p> <p>Done with the brand, perfect example how not having a promotion is better (I would still buy a fridge) than to have a dishonourable one (I will never buy any Samsung product again out of principle)</p>
