Buy another BRAND please, I am begging you all

Save yourselves guys, if you are going to buy an expensive Samsung product from HIRSCH’S please throw your money in the garbage bin instead, the warranty on their appliances is pointless because you will have to deal with the Samsung repair centre in Western Cape and their horrible service. We bought an expensive washer/ dryer from Hirsch’s which we haven’t been able to use for an entire year now. We have been waiting for feedback from Samsung repairs for an entire month. Thank you for a rather useless machine 😏 my money just went down the drain since I have to drop our laundry off at the laundromat every week 🤷♀️ And then they want me to rate them? As it is, I can’t even do laundry because I am still waiting for whoever is supposed to call me back from Samsung
