Buy and Get **** - Again!
After struggling to get my voucher for the buy and get promotion (which is apparently up to the value of R4000), I did some research regarding my booking/reservation only to find out the they booked the cheapest room (R1600 for 2 nights) and no additional meals included over the weekend. Surely this is backing out of your responsibilities. <br> <br> I would really like Samsung to explain why it works like this and why the customer has been **** to from the start regarding the value of the reservation.
