It is near impossible to get hold of this people for queries/bookings regarding this promotion. just because of this, I will never ever recommend Samsung to anyone. I have been trying for days to get through to your call centre regarding the booking form I completed for a surprise weekend away. I finally got through today after waiting 24 mins on the line and still there is no feedback on the booking.
