Buy and get promotion worse service

I am absolutely appauled by the terrible service we are receiving from Sansung and this so called buy and get promotion. We are your loyal customers!!!!! <br> <br> Firstly my we bought a fridge worth R12500 and the competition states that we where entitled to a weekend away at a African Pride hotel and when I wanted to redeem this the lady at the centre stated that apparently because we bought at game we only qualify for a weekend at Protea hotel!!!?? I let this slip...<br> <br> Secondly when I wanted to redeem this so called weekend away at Protea Hotel I firstly can never get through to the call centre and secondly when I eventually got through the guy said he will escalate it?? This morning I phoned the call centre again and they said they will speak to head office, which only phoned notifying me that the place I booked is full after struggling for more than a month to follow up on my booking and emailing numerous time????!!! <br> <br> Please all I wanted was feedback and to redeem what I was promised we supported your brand and your promotion is false advertising I will NEVER buy anything Samsung product again !!!!! This is absolutely appalling.
