Buy and Get Promotion Uselessness
My dad and I both upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G on a Buy and Get Promotion. This has turned into the biggest **** ever as Samsung has lead us on a Wild Goose Chase to rectify our invalid voucher codes that were issued by Samsung as part of the promotion. We are now investigating legal avenue to try and get what we were promised. This is the worst service I have ever received from a Large Brand. My emails fall on deaf ears and I keep getting empty promises that things will be rectified. But, nothing.

18 Feb 2021, 18:18It is now late February, I took up this offer on Black Friday last year. And now the representative that I spoke to today informed me that once we have been loaded onto the Dispatch list (why we were not loaded is anyone's guess in the first place), that it will still take 7-14 working days to arrive. Despite the fact that I doubt that Samsung can make good on this time frame, 7-14 working days on top of the time that we have waited is unacceptable. I'm a very patient person but Samsung has seriously dropped the ball here.
