Buy and get promotion- No feedback, bad customer service
<p>I have completed all the steps required to claim my Buy and Get flight promotion. It has been weeks and still no feedback on the flight confirmation. I have been calling the call centre daily, only to be told that somebody will be calling me up later in the day, which never happens. I purchased this samsung product based on the buy and get promotion, If I do not reciebe what I paid for, then kindly refund my money in full, else I will take this to the next higher level.</p>
