Buy and Get promotion - Is it a hoax?

We bought an airconditioner in December and registered the same day for the Buy and Get promotion. We never received the last sms with the pin number to claim our promotional item that was included with our purchase.<br> <br> We've been phoning the concierge service since then, trying to get a pin, and we keep getting empty promises that we'll receive it the next day, but then we don't. And the concierge service can't even give me a reference number for my call, so I have to repeat myself every time.<br> <br> It's so frustrating and such a waste of time phoning them every day. Why have such an amazing promotion when you can't deliver? We specifically decided to go the Samsung route (for an aircon) due to the amazing promotion they were running. Now I can't help but wonder if it was a bogus promotion trying to lure customers under false pretence, which if it is the case I would never support Samsung ever again.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
