Buy and Get promotion (GET NOTHING)

I bought a Samsung fridge in December and with the fridge I was told that they were running a promotion where I would get: <br> <br> 1X Domestic return flight on<br> British Airways (operated by Comair)<br> OR<br> A weekend away for two at a<br> Protea Hotel valued at<br> R4,000 <br> <br> So I went online to fill in the forms and I received a SMS saying that I would receive a pin code to claim my reward. This was around the 20th of December. It is now the 3rd of March and after sending 7 emails and 2 phone calls no one has bothered to get back to me!
