BUY AND GET PROMOTION = FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a washing machine top loader \bubble\" in December 2015 - all the necessary documentation was submitted BUT to date I have yet to receive confirmation from the \"promotions agency\" what my reference number is. They claim that it will be sent to participants via SMS BUT this has not transpired.<br> I tried to phone *** but each time I get cut off or am kept waiting forever. I have to date NOT had my issues resolved. I feel this is false advertising = there was a definite promise made of a reward which was guaranteed but has just not materialised.I do not have any e-mail address to follow up on my dilemma.<br> I am extremely disappointed that a company of this stature allows themselves to behave in such a manner.<br> I am sorry that I had to resort to this option BUT they leave me no choice.<br> I really do hope that I will now receive my guaranteed reward as promised."
