Buy and get Promotion

I purchased a Samsung washing machine in December on the Buy and Get promotion and went through the whole process of supplying details, filling in forms and submitting them timeously.

After submitting the last set of documents they required (ID and reward redemption form) I have heard absolutely nothing from them.

I repeatedly tried to call them this morning and they do not answer the phone.

Whilst I think that this is not Samsung themselves but a company they are using to administer the promotion, the execution is shocking and makes me wonder if I am ever going to get my reward.

The reality is that this is damaging Samsung's image and affecting consumer trust in the company.

Unacceptable.
