Buy and Get Promotion

I bought a Samsung Washing machine, on the 21st of Dec 2015 and there was a promotion of buy and get. I then sent an sms for the promotion on the 28th of Dec and even completed the registration online and got an sms saying they are in verification stages and a pin code will be sent once that is completed.<br> <br> Since then I have been following up with phone calls via ***,where sometimes the phone will just ring, or you get cut off, the few times I managed to speak to someone I was told that someone will look into this and get back to me, till today I have not heard anything. <br> <br> I don't understand why its taking this long for someone to even get back to me, now its even worse because you cant call that number and emails are bouncing back...<br> <br> This is not acceptable!!!!
