BUY AND GET PROMOTION 2016

<p>I purchased a washing machine in 2016, and got the buy and get promotion.I have been trying since december 2016 to redeem my 4000.00 voucher i have recieved my code and everything but when u phone in to the number samsung gives you they put you through from consultant to consultand you spend almost a hour on the line waiting ajust at the end for the consultant to answer the phjone without saying hallo or anything and when you ask him for his name he puts down the phone in your ear.i have phoned 7 times today alone and i am still waiting to be connected. Today is the cut off date and then it will be said that you didnt register in time for the voucher. This is really pathetic service and i will never buy from samsung again for such a big and well known company to get this level of service is really disgusting. </p>
