Buy and get promotion

I bought a washing machine and i smsed the details as requested on the 01/12/15. I called the call centre and one of the agent took my details and promised that someone will contact me.Sadly while i was waiting for the call about my voucher,i received a call from Samsung about rating their AGENT & SERVICE. Which service???Samsung should rate their pathetic service and disgusting buy and get promotion.What they did is false advertising because we bought their products but i haven't received my voucher.I called again because i have been patiently waiting,and i spoke to another agent who advised me that my details are on their system and should receive an SMS on Monday the 21/12/15.So now your agents are ***** like SAMSUMG????I called again on the 30/12/15 and i got the same old story,<br> Its a month now and guess what!!!I am still waiting ,there is no communication.SAMSUNG mislead their clients,this is bad..bad..bad service
