Buy and get promotion

<p>This promotion has been nothing but headaches. Samsung will try every which way not to award you the voucher.</p> <p>From registration to actually recieving the voucher.</p> <p>I have bought 2 samsung products close to R30000 based on the fact the promotion was on.</p> <p>And if Samsung cannot fullfill this promotion, i want a full refund of money for these products, as this is false advertising.</p> <p>I have recieved 2 vouchers with 2 reservation numbers and both are NOT booked against my name.</p> <p>Protea hotel has no record of my name on the reservation number.</p> <p>Is this a ****?</p> <p>As i find it highly unlikely that both the reservations were mistakes.</p> <p>And to top it off, try as hard as u may, u will not reach the samsung call center...they dont answer the phone, respond to emails...or assist in the online chats.</p> <p>Now image if i did not query in advance with the hotel and went there to be told i have no reservation...and then cant get a hold of samsung</p> <p>So, samsung if u dont rectify my issue in the next week, i will be contacting the ombudsman, together with consumer protection, and i will be taking legal action.</p> <p>As my decision to purchase the 2 products was purely because of the promotion.</p> <p>And if this cant be fullfilled, i will demand u take back your products.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>M.Gounder</p> <p>***</p> <p>Reservation # ***</p>
